This exotically printed “El Rio” off the shoulder plus size blouse in woven cotton is designed to accentuate and flatter curves without sacrificing comfort. The center front drawstring drop waist is loose and blousy, while the revealing neckline can be modestly adjusted as needed!

Is the fabric sheer & see-through?

This is a medium weight woven cotton so it is not see through.

How long are the sleeves and hem? Will it cover my behind?

The hem of this top hits our model below the mid-line of her rear, so yes it covers it just fine! You can always adjust the drawstring waist by tightening and pulling it higher on your waist if you want to keep it more blousy and show a little more of the behind! The sleeves are short cap sleeves and approximately 10” from the top of the shoulder. If you wear this top off your shoulders, then the sleeves will come a little lower on your arms.
