GROUND: CONTINENTAL US
All domestic ground orders are shipped via FedEx Ground - $8.95. The FedEx is a flat shipping rate, regardless of the quantity, weight or location. Delivery time varies from 2 - 7 business day’s, this does not include weekends or holidays.
EXPEDITED: CONTINENTAL US
All domestic expedited orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day - $23.95. Orders received by 12pm EST are eligible for FedEx 2nd Day AIR. All FedEx Air orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. To request Saturday delivery, please email us with your request, info@shoptranslated.com.

All ground orders to Hawaii & Alaska are shipped via FedEx Ground - $26.95. Delivery time varies from 2-7 business day’s, this does not include weekends or holidays. When shipping to remote locations, there are potential delays that we are not able to control. If you are in a remote location, please allow a few additional days for delivery.

CANADA
Orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx Ground - $25.95. Delivery time varies from 2 - 7 business day’s, this does not include weekends or holidays.

All international orders (excluding Canada) are shipped via FedEx Economy or USPS - $44.95.
International packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Customs, duty, and tax fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost does not include these fees. Any additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Shop Translated has no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be.
When the order reaches the destination country, the customs clearance procedures and inspections may cause delays that are beyond Shop Translated control and the original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Shop Translated, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which the package is being sent.
For international orders, additional shipping fees may be incurred. We will contact you regarding these potential fees before shipping your order. For example, in Australia, FedEx charges extra for delivering to locations that are "Out Of Delivery Area".
REFUSED SHIPMENTS DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL:
Additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. If customer refuses delivery, they will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our office. This applies to both Domestic and International orders! Customer is responsible for additional fees if it is necessary to forward the package due to customer providing incorrect address, or if package is un-deliverable due to customers schedule.
PROCESSING TIME:
Normal processing time for orders take 4-6 days (Monday-Friday, weekend & holidays are not included), upon credit approval. If you need an order out immediately, please email us! We do the best we can to get orders out ASAP.
