The outer layer has a dry hand-feel. The blouse is lined in a very soft lightweight fabric.

No, it is not see-through.
How long is it?
Because this is an asymmetrical one shoulder top, the hem drapes slightly down towards the sleeve. On our model, it falls about 8" below her waistband so it covers most, but not all of the behind…which is an asset that shouldn’t been hidden! When worn with the matte satin sash, the top will come up as it ties at the high waist.
